AI Sentiment

AI Sentiment Analysis

The measurement of how positively or negatively AI platforms describe your brand in their responses. Goes beyond tracking mentions to evaluating the tone and framing of those mentions.

What is AI Sentiment?

AI sentiment is the tone in which AI platforms describe your brand. Being mentioned is one thing - how you're mentioned is equally important.

  • Positive: "X is widely regarded as a top choice for..."
  • Neutral: "X is one of several tools available"
  • Negative: "X has received criticism for... consider alternatives"

Why it matters

Negative sentiment is worse than no mention at all. If AI consistently describes your brand with caveats or warnings, it actively steers users away. Positive sentiment creates an endorsement effect that drives conversions.

What influences AI sentiment

The tone of your reviews on G2, Trustpilot, and similar platforms. Whether media coverage is favorable or critical. Public discussions on forums and social media. How you compare to alternatives in AI's evaluation.

How to improve it

Cultivate positive reviews on major platforms. Address negative feedback professionally. Generate favorable press through PR and thought leadership. Monitor trends to catch negative shifts early.
